It’s that time…St. Patrick’s Day!! That means Corned Beef and Cabbage…YUM!! My Grandmother gave me this family recipe 35 years ago….I’ve tweaked it for the Crock Pot 🙂

Truffles are sinfully decadent 🙂 These have a hint of Beer..and if you roll them in crushed Pretzels..they are addictive….YUM!!!! Ingredients: 10 oz. Dark Chocolate…chopped into pieces 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 1/4 cup of Beer…whatever kind you prefer 😉 Sea Salt..just a pinch…only if you’re not using Pretzels. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder or Crushed Pretzels for rolling Directions:
