S'mores Pudding Parfait

Are you missing those delicious summer S’mores?

Not to worry…here’s the indoor alternative ūüėČ


  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 10 Graham Crackers …broken into coarse crumbs
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 4 Parfait Glasses


  • Put Milk in the freezer for 20 minutes before you a ready to make the pudding so it’s really cold ūüėČ
  • In a medium-size bowl.. whisk together¬†Pudding mix and Milk until well combined and¬†slightly thick.. let set for 5 minutes.
  • Spoon about a 1/4 cup of¬†Pudding into the bottom of each glass.
  • Sprinkle a layer of¬†crumbled Graham Crackers… then a layer of marshmallows into each glass.
  • Repeat with another layer of each ingredient ending with¬†the final layer¬†being marshmallows.
  • If you have¬†a kitchen torch…¬†lightly brown the top layer of marshmallows.
  • If you don’t have a kitchen torch…place Marshmallows on a lines baking sheet and put under the Broiler to brown. ūüėČ
  • Serve & Enjoy!!!
