Maple Vanilla Carrots

A hint of Vanilla and Maple Syrup turn these Carrots into a family friendly side dish.
- Combine Carrots and Water in a large skillet.
- Scrap Vanilla Seeds into skillet…then add Vanilla Bean pod.
- Bring to a simmer.. cook until Carrots are tender and most of the water has evaporated..about 1o-15 mins.
- Stir in Maple Syrup..Butter.. Salt & Pepper…toss to coat.
