- Trim fat from meat and cut into pieces.
- Brown meat in a skillet…use a slotted spoon to add meat to Crock Pot.
- Add Onion..Celery..Garlic..Red Pepper to skillet…cook until Onions are just translucent…add to Crock Pot
- Stir in Broth..Carrots…Spices…Water
- Cover..cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 7-8 hours
- Stir in Parsley just before serving.
