Greek Flatbread Pizza

Great for Meatless Monday or as an appetizer.

You can always add Chicken too!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Flatbread …Naan or Prepared Pizza Crusts
  • 4 0z. Shredded Mozzarella or Cheese Blend
  • 1 tsp. Greek Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup Feta…crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese…grated
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata Olives…sliced
  • 1- 6 oz. jar marinated Artichoke Hearts..drained..chopped
  • 1/3 cup Scallions…thinly sliced
  • 1 small red Bell Pepper…sliced into small strips
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes…sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. @ Basil & Oregano

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 400 Degrees
  • Brush “Crust” lightly with Vinaigrette
  • Layer ingredients evenly on “Crusts” top layer should be shredded cheese and sliced Tomatoes
  • Place on pizza stone or ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bale 8-12 mins until cheeses are melted.
  • Serve & Enjoy!!
