Caramel Coconut Almond Popcorn

  • Coconut Popcorn
    4 1/2 cups popcorn
  • 6 pieces of caramel cube candies (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • a dash of salt
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut ( toasted if you prefer )

Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Heat up semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler on the stove and drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn. Cut caramel cubes into small bits. Sprinkle salt, almonds, caramel chunks, and coconut on popcorn.  Let sit until cool before serving….Enjoy 🙂
