Caramel Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

I love the Holidays!!!

Chocolate is everywhere 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkge Fudge Brownie mix
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Canola Oil
  • About 24 Caramels… cut in half
  • Powdered Sugar, for rolling

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl beat the Brownie mix.. Flour.. Egg..Water.. Oil until well blended.
  • Put Powdered Sugar into a separate low bowl.
  • Scoop a tablespoonful of dough.. push a piece of Caramel into the middle of dough.
  • Roll dough around Caramel so it is completely encased in dough.
  • Drop into Powdered Sugar.. gently roll.. shaping into a ball.
  • Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until set.
  • Cool on wire racks.
